JJ has spent over a decade navigating the worlds of PR, advertising, and creative operations in real estate. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Brick&Lane, a boutique PR firm, JJ is the guy who makes things happen. He’s all about getting clients’ listings the spotlight they deserve, securing organic editorial coverage in top publications around the globe.
Before launching Brick&Lane, JJ was the Marketing & PR Director at DPP real estate, where he built the in-house PR team from the ground up. His efforts paid off with over 670+ press hits in seven years.

JJ asked Crystal to marry him in 2023, they made it official in 2024, and now they’re ready to make some serious moves with Brick&Lane.

With over a decade of experience in Fashion and CPG, Crystal is no stranger to the world of creative branding. As a seasoned Creative Director for a top supplement company with a strong presence in Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Kroger, she’s mastered the art of impactful storytelling.

At the heart of it all, Crystal focuses on the creative brand direction of Brick&Lane, shaping the company’s identity and ensuring that every project reflects the firm’s unique vision. From conceptualizing innovative marketing strategies to overseeing the design and execution of all creative assets, she ensures that Brick&Lane’s brand remains consistent, compelling, and ahead of the curve in a competitive market.
